The fee for this mating is payable at breeding. If no pregnancy Results, a return service will be given to the same bitch on her next heat cycle, and to my male if available. If the above stud is not available, the kennel may substitute an equally nice male of their choosing. Stud owner needs to be notified within one week after the puppies due date, if no pregnancy results, to be eligible for the free return service. One puppy whelped alive constitutes a litter. No cash refund will be given if no pregnancy either time. 

We do accept puppy deals on approved breeding. Stud owner will get 1st and 2nd pick of the Litter. Must have registration papers (AKC UKC or ADBA) showing the history of females Pedigree.

Customer is responsible for shipping & handling were we will provide health certicate of our males.We must have health certificate of approved Female from licensced veternarian.  Once Female is approved a contract we be issued to customer stating that customer is responsible as long as dog is in their care, no illegal activities such as fighting or any misuse or abuse of Stud. In the case of proven mistreatment  or if death occurs customer agrees to pay 4000.00 compensation fee for stud. We will need a copy of customers valid drivers license showing current address .
