SALES POLICY

WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP AND PRODUCE DOGS AND PUPPIES IN GREAT HEALTH. ALL PUPPIES WILL BE SEEN BY A LICENSED VETERNARIAN BEFORE SHIPPING AND WILL BE GIVEN A HEALTH CERTIFICATE. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CRATE , SHIPPING AND HANDLING. WE WILL ALSO PROVIDE 1ST VACCINATION AND DE-WORMING OF THE PUPPY.

IF YOU(Buyer) ARE ON A PAYMENT PLAN THEN ALL MONIES BECOME DUE WHEN PUPPY IS 8 WEEKS OLD. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! CONTRACT IS REQUIRED.

Purchase of __ Pit Bull Puppy/Adult Pit Bull Dog

(Buyers Name)_______________________ has made a deposit of $_______ to reserve a American Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terrier Male/Female (circle) from the Breeding of Bronx Zoo Kennel ___________(father) and ______________(mother). The remaining balance of _________ will be due when puppy is 8 weeks of age. If remaining balance is not paid by the time puppy is 8 weeks of age a $25.00 late fee will be added each week until puppy is 10 weeks of age. If puppy is not Paid In Full, picked up or shipped via airlines by the age of 10 weeks all deposits or money Buyer has made will be forfeited to Seller Bronx Zoo Kennel.

Buyer is responsible for Shipping / Handling and Crate. Both Parties agree that the puppy will be shipped at Sellers' earliest convenience after 8 weeks of age, if shipping via the airlines.   If puppy is being picked up at our home the puppy must be picked up between 8 to 10 weeks of age. Puppy/Adult Dog must be seen by licensed veterinarian within 48hrs of receipt of puppy/Adult Dog. If licensed Veterinarian finds puppy to have a life threatening disease or disabilities within 48hrs we will replace with a puppy of equal value if puppy is left in same litter but if puppy is not available from the same litter puppy will be replaced from future litter. Seller does not cover poisoning or any unnatural causes. We will not in any way cover or make refunds if puppy/Adult Dog suffers from mange or any allergy which is common in American Pit Bull Terriers. If death occurs within the 48hr window Seller will need copy of Death Certificate from licensed Veterinarian showing the date Death occurred and the reason for Death occurring. If any life threatening diseases or if Death occurs Buyer is responsible for Shipping charges.  Seller DOES NOT in any way after puppy/Adult Dog is in Buyers care help or pay Veterinarian bills. NO EXCEPTIONS. Adult Dogs may be replaced with future litter if is found to have life threatning disease or if Death occurrs

There is NO REFUND on deposits. However, if we do not have the puppy that you want, the deposit may be transferred to the next litter. This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the Buyer to follow through with purchase transaction of a puppy. Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and will refund deposit expenses incurred.

Shipping ranges from 250.00 to 350.00 through most Airlines. Seller reserves the right to choose the airline(Airline reservations are made 3 to 4 days prior to shipping puppy/dog and ticket is paid for at the terminal the day the puppy is shipped). If you have Airline preferences please let us know. Adult Dog fees may differ Due to Size,Weight and Size of crate needed.

When puppy/Adult Dog has been shipped to Buyer or picked up by Buyer then Seller will complete form showing date of completed transaction and return contract by mailing or faxing the document to customer.
